Refund Policy

All sales are final

PaniTech Academy has a strict no refund policy. This means that once payment for a course has been made, no refunds will be given. We understand that circumstances may change, but we ask that all students carefully consider their commitment to the course before enrolling.
In the event that a student is unable to complete a course due to extenuating circumstances, we will provide a voucher for the student to attend a future course. The voucher will be valid for a period of 12 months and can be used for the same course offered by PaniTech Academy within that time frame.
If a student is unable to attend a course due to a scheduling conflict, they may request to transfer to a different course at a later date. However, these requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
It is important to note that the policy is final and no exception will be made.
